Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Dynamic Custom Print. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing Your Order
An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
2. Shipment Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.
After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are custom made and processed within 5 days. We will contact you for some reason if there are any delays.
3. Shipment Locations
3.1. Domestic Only
Dynamic Custom Print does not ship internationally at this time. We ship domestic only – anywhere in Australia.
3.2. Shipping Restrictions
Dynamic Custom Print does ship to both commercial and domestic addresses. Customers can have their products shipped to a P.O box.
4. Shipment Rates and Delivery Estimates
We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Once your order has been shipped, the delivery time is out of our control.
Dynamic Custom Print offers three types of shipping: Standard, Registered and Express. The shipping methods available for your order with be displayed during the checkout process.
(a) Regular Post
Free regular post is offered for items that can be posted in an envelope (eg. Flat items such as decals).
The delivery estimate for regular post is approximately 5 to 7 business days.
Regular post does not come with any tracking. Using this shipping method is at the buyers risk. Therefore, Dynamic Custom Print is not liable for any items not received under the regular post option.
(b) Registered Post
Registered post comes with tracking and is available for $5.00 on flat items, and $10.00 for all other items.
The delivery estimate for registered post in approximately 5 to 7 business days.
(c) Express Post
Express post comes with tracking and is available for $9.00 on flat items, and $16.00 for all other items.
The delivery estimate for registered post in approximately 2 to 5 business days.
(d) Free Express Post
All orders with a total value of $100 or more come with Free Express Post.
Please note:
- Business day means Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
- Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
- We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.
5. Tracking
If registered post or express post is chosen, Dynamic Custom Print will provide the tracking number once your order is confirmed and shipped.
6. Damages
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at info@dynamiccustomprint.com.au.
